What will work look like?
Working in the hall / production factory.
Year-round project! (exits depending on the status of residence permits, needs and capabilities of the Employee).
Working in groups of 2-3 people.
Welding of stainless steel pipes (photo added).
Welders weld all the time and also prepare the material for welding.
They search for marked pipes from the warehouse, bring them to the welding site and continue welding.
Working hours - from 7:00 to 17:00-19:00. Main break 30 min and two 15 min each
Net salary:
14.20 € ( PLN 60) / hour
15.10 € (PLN 64) / hour - for an employee who holds a European category B driving license
220 - 280 hours / per month (10 h/day), SUNDAY OFF.
3700-4100€ per month
the entire salary is sent to the account in PLN currency (rate in accordance with the Polish National Bank)

A total of 7-8 people per apartment
Commuting to Belgium / to work
a bus to Belgium is ordered from Poland - cost 0 €
commuting to work is paid by the company - cost 0 €
Health and safety clothing

Requirements
knowledge of English level min. A2 (does not need to be documented, but must be able to have a strong foundation)
experience of at least 1 year in a welding position (working with metal - stainless steel)
TUV - TIG 141 certificate current
Recruitment procedure:
CV - Candidate, or any template
after acceptance, the employee's arrival at:
(1-2 day apartment for the employee until departure to Belgium)
during our stay in Brodnica 87-300 we go to the production hall to do welding tests, so-called samples (the tests are free). He will receive clothes for testing - a mask, gloves.
if the tests are positive, he leaves for Belgium the next day.
The contract will be signed in Poland before leaving for Belgium.
They do not have to purchase additional insurance,
They will receive EHIC health insurance. The Client is responsible for legalizing the work. It is important that YOUR VISA OR RESIDENCE CARD IS VALID.
